How do I manage the YR App subscription, billing and cancellation?
This article covers everything you need to know about your YR OnDemand App subscription, including how billing works, how to cancel, and what to do if you have a billing concern.
How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged on the same date each month or year, depending on your plan. You will not be notified before each renewal, so we recommend keeping track of your billing date in your account settings.
What happens when my free trial ends?
At the end of your free 3-month trial, your account automatically rolls onto a paid subscription. If you do not want to continue, you will need to cancel before the trial period ends.
If you cancel during your trial, you will keep access to Home OnDemand until the trial period finishes. Your account will not renew after that, and you will not be charged.
Can I pause my subscription?
Pausing is not currently available. If you need a break, the best option is to cancel your subscription and re-subscribe when you are ready. Cancelling will not delete your account, so your history and preferences will still be there when you return.

Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of a charge if you have not used the service during that period. Refund requests outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Note: If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, refunds must be requested directly through Apple or Google. Your Reformer is not able to issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.
I was charged but did not expect to be
If you have been charged unexpectedly, the most common reasons are:
-
Your free trial ended and converted to a paid subscription.
-
You have an active subscription through Apple or Google Play that is renewing automatically.
-
A previous cancellation did not go through correctly.
Check your account settings and your Apple or Google subscriptions to confirm what is active. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@yourreformer.com.au with the charge amount, date, and the email address on your account.
I am seeing duplicate charges
Duplicate charges can sometimes happen if you have subscribed through both Apple/Google and directly through us, or if a previous subscription was not fully cancelled. Contact support at hello@yourreformer.com.au with your order details and we will help sort it out.
