I am having issues logging into the YR App
If you are having trouble signing in to YR OnDemand App, this article will help you work through the most common causes. Start with the section that best matches what you are experiencing.
Start here: identify your situation
-
I clicked the sign-in link and it says "invalid" or "expired"
-
I never received a sign-in email
-
I can log in on the website but not in the app
-
I can log in on my phone but not on my TV
-
My subscription is active but I cannot access classes
The sign-in link says "invalid" or "expired"
Sign-in links expire quickly for security reasons. If you wait too long between requesting the link and clicking it, it will no longer work.
What to do:
-
Go back to the app or website and enter your email address again to request a fresh link.
-
Open the new email and click the link straight away, without switching browser tabs or apps in between.
-
Make sure you are clicking the most recent email. Old links from previous requests will not work.
Note: If you are on a mobile device, open the link in the same browser the app uses, or use the "open in app" option if prompted.
I never received a sign-in email
If no email arrives after a couple of minutes, work through the following steps:
-
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
-
Make sure you entered the right email address. It should be the same one used when you purchased your reformer.
-
Request the link again from the sign-in screen.
-
If you use multiple email addresses, try each one to see which is linked to your account.
If you have tried all of the above and still have not received an email, contact support at hello@yourreformer.com.au with your order number and the email address you believe is on your account.
I can log in on the website but not in the app
This is a common issue and is usually caused by one of the following:
The link opened in the wrong browser
When you tap the sign-in link in your email, it needs to open in the same browser that is linked to the app. If it opens in a different browser, the session may not carry across.
-
On iPhone: try tapping "Open in Safari" if prompted or, or copy the link and paste it into Safari manually.
-
On Android: try opening the link in Chrome.
The app needs to be updated or reinstalled
-
Check for an app update in the App Store or Google Play.
-
If no update is available, try deleting the app and reinstalling it fresh.
-
Sign in again after reinstalling.
Cache or session issue
Try force-closing the app and reopening it, then attempt to sign in again.
My subscription is active but I cannot access classes
If you can log in but classes are locked or unavailable, try the following:
-
Sign out and sign back in to refresh your account status.
-
Check that your subscription is still active by visiting your account settings.
-
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, confirm the subscription is active in your device settings rather than in the app itself.
If classes are still inaccessible after signing in and out, contact support and let us know what you see on screen when you try to access a class.
