How do I set or reset my password on the YR app?

Why is my TV asking for a password I never set?

TV apps often use a traditional username and password login rather than email links. If you originally signed up through a magic link, you may not have a password set on your account yet.

The best way to sign in on a TV is to use the "sign in on another device" option if it is available in the TV app. This lets you visit a URL on your phone or computer, sign in there with your email link, and your TV will connect automatically. If the TV app only accepts a password, you will need to set one on your account first. Follow the steps below.

How to reset a forgotten password

1. Open the app or go to yourreformerathome.uscreen.io

2. On the sign-in screen, look for "Forgot password?" and tap or click it.

3. Enter the email address on your account.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link.

5. Create a new password and save it.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam and junk folders, and make sure you are using the correct email address.

• Phone and tablet: use the magic link method for the smoothest experience.

• Browser on computer: magic link method works here too.

• Smart TV / TV app: try the "sign in on another device" option first. If unavailable, use your email and password.
