How do I download and sign in to the YR App?

The YR OnDemand app gives you access to live and on-demand Pilates classes, wherever you are. This article covers how to download the app and sign in for the first time.

Download the app

The Home OnDemand app is available on the following platforms:

  • iPhone and iPad: search "Your Reformer - At Home" in the App Store

  • Android phone or tablet: search "Your Reformer" in the Google Play Store

  • Apple TV: search "Your Reformer Home" in the App Store on your Apple TV

  • Android TV / Fire TV: search "Your Reformer " in your TV app store You can also access Home OnDemand through your web browser at yourreformerathome.uscreen.io without downloading anything.

Sign in for the first time

Home OnDemand uses a magic link or password to sign you in. Here is how it works:

  1. Open the app (or visit yourreformerathome.uscreen.io in your browser).

  2. Enter the email address connected to your Home OnDemand account.

  3. 3. Check your inbox for an email from Your Reformer with a sign-in link.

  4. 4. Click the link in the email. You will be signed in automatically.

Note: The sign-in link expires after a short period. If it does not work, go back to the app and request a new one.

I did not receive a sign-in email

If the email has not arrived after a minute or two, try the following:

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • Request a new sign-in link from the app.

Signing in on a TV or smart TV

Signing in on a TV works a little differently. Most TV apps will show you a code or a URL to visit on your phone or computer. From there, you sign in with your email and the TV app links up automatically. See the article "Watch Home OnDemand on your TV" for device-specific instructions.
