My Reformer is being shipped via Depot Collection, Curbside or Business to Business delivery. What do I need to know?

Depot Collection

You will receive a tracking link via email once your Reformers have been dispatched to the depot for you to collect when they arrive. Once you receive notification that your delivery has arrived at the depot, you will be able to organise collection. We recommend collecting with a ute or trailer as our Reformers are shipped in crates with the following dimensions: 250cm (L) x 75cm (W) x 50cm (H).

Curbside Delivery

You will receive a tracking link via email once your Reformers have been dispatched to your gym, studio, or business for curbside delivery. The truck will unload your crates "to the curb” of the driveway. Curbside delivery doesn’t include the delivery driver unboxing the crate or taking it inside. We do recommend a second set of hands to unbox your crate as it is 250cm long x 75cm wide x 50cm high.

Business to Business Delivery

You will receive a tracking link via email once your Reformers have been dispatched to the business address provided for you to collect from. Once you receive notification that your Reformers have arrived at the business, you can organise the collection. We recommend collecting with a ute or trailer as our Reformer crate sizes cover 250cm long x 75cm wide x 50cm high.

The business needs to have room for a truck to pull up and forklift onsite to unload the crates off the truck.
