I have a Kiosk and need bluetooth support?

If you’re having trouble connecting Bluetooth headphones to your Kiosk, it may be that there is interference occurring. Here are some tips for best connection practice.

  1. Close Range: Keep the devices as close together as possible during the pairing process.
  2. Remove Interference: Ensure Bluetooth is turned off on all nearby devices that aren’t using it e.g. TVs, phones etc.
  3. Airplane Mode Trick: On some devices, enabling Airplane mode and then re-enabling Bluetooth can help with pairing.
  4. Ethernet: Any surrounding Wi-Fi may cause interference with Bluetooth as they operate on the same channels. Switching the Kiosk over to an ethernet connection will reduce interference and allow a more stable connection.
