How to manage your Your Reformer rental subscription and request a return
Your Reformer rental subscriptions are managed through different platforms depending on your region.
Australia
Rental payments in Australia are managed through Debit Success.
- To view your payment schedule or make a payment, log in to your Debit Success account
- Contact support at hello@yourreformer.com.au for questions about your rental agreement
New Zealand and United States
Rental subscriptions in New Zealand and the United States are managed through Shopify.
- To view your subscription, log in to your account at yourreformernz.com (NZ) or yourreformer.com (US)
- Navigate to "My Account" and select "Subscriptions"
How to Request a Rental Return
- Email the Your Reformer support team for your region:
- Australia: hello@yourreformer.com.au
- New Zealand: hello@yourreformer.nz
- United States: hello@yourreformer.com
- Include your full name, rental agreement number, and preferred collection date
- The team will confirm the return process and arrange collection
Important: Please allow 5 business days notice for rental returns. All equipment must be in good working condition.
