How to manage your Your Reformer rental subscription and request a return

Your Reformer rental subscriptions are managed through different platforms depending on your region.

Australia

Rental payments in Australia are managed through Debit Success.

  • To view your payment schedule or make a payment, log in to your Debit Success account
  • Contact support at hello@yourreformer.com.au for questions about your rental agreement

New Zealand and United States

Rental subscriptions in New Zealand and the United States are managed through Shopify.

  • To view your subscription, log in to your account at yourreformernz.com (NZ) or yourreformer.com (US)
  • Navigate to "My Account" and select "Subscriptions"

How to Request a Rental Return

  1. Email the Your Reformer support team for your region:
    • Australia: hello@yourreformer.com.au
    • New Zealand: hello@yourreformer.nz
    • United States: hello@yourreformer.com
  2. Include your full name, rental agreement number, and preferred collection date
  3. The team will confirm the return process and arrange collection
Important: Please allow 5 business days notice for rental returns. All equipment must be in good working condition.
