How to Download the App

The Your Reformer app is available for home customers on iOS and Android.

• iOS: Download from the Apple App Store (search "Your Reformer")
• Android: Download from the Google Play Store (search "Your Reformer")

How to Log In

1. Open the app
2. Tap "Sign In"
3. Enter the email address associated with your Your Reformer account
4. Enter your password

Forgot Your Password?

1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
4. Follow the link to create a new password

Troubleshooting

• App not loading: Make sure you have the latest version installed. Try closing and reopening the app.
• Classes not showing: Check your subscription is active. Contact support if the issue persists.
