What is the difference between Valet Delivery and Depot Collection?

Valet Delivery:

We pride ourselves on the level of attentive service that we provide with our Valet Delivery, which includes: 

• Your Reformer Pilates Reformer hand delivered to your door by our in-house Delivery Team.
• Setup and installation of your Reformer.
• Disposal of packaging/rubbish.
• Ability to answer any questions you have regarding your Reformer.

Once you add your Reformer to cart, your shipping method will update and let you know if you are applicable for Valet Delivery! 

Depot Collection:

For areas outside of the eligible Metro areas for valet delivery, your Reformer will be delivered in its crate to the depot closest to your home. You will be provided with clear and easy-to-follow instructions on how to collect (ute or trailer recommended) and set up your Reformer.

If you are in our valet zone, that will come up as your delivery option on check out!
