Common Affirm Questions
- What is Affirm?
Affirm is a pay-over-time service that lets you buy now and pay in monthly installments. You always see the total cost up front, with no hidden fees. - How do I pay with Affirm?
At checkout, select Affirm as your payment method. You’ll be taken to Affirm to enter a few details and see which payment plans you’re eligible for. Once you choose a plan and confirm, you’ll be returned to our site to complete your order. - Will checking my eligibility affect my credit score?
No. Checking your eligibility won’t affect your credit score. If you go ahead with a plan, Affirm may report your payments to credit bureaus. - Why was my Affirm application declined?
Affirm makes its decisions independently, and we can’t see or change the outcome. You can contact Affirm directly for more information, or choose another payment method at checkout. - How do I manage my payments?
You can view your plan, make payments and set up AutoPay in the Affirm app or at affirm.com. For questions about your loan, please contact Affirm directly.
