Valet Delivery:
We pride ourselves on the level of attentive service that we provide with our Valet Delivery, which includes:
- Your Reformers and/or Kiosks will be hand-delivered to your facility by our in-house Delivery Team.
- Set up and installation of your Reformers and/or Kiosks.
- Disposal of packaging/rubbish.
- Ability to answer any questions you have regarding your Reformers or Kiosks.
Depot Collection:
For areas outside of the eligible Metro areas for Valet Delivery, your Reformers and/or Kiosks will be delivered in their crates to the depot closest to your facility. You will be provided with clear and easy-to-follow instructions on how to collect (ute or trailer recommended) and set up your Reformers and/or Kiosks.
Regional Business Delivery:
For customers outside of Metro areas, we provide the option to have their Reformers and/or Kiosks delivered to a business address, instead of a depot. The following qualifications must be met to be eligible for Regional Business Delivery:
- Sufficient space to accommodate a semi-trailer sized truck.
- Forklift available onsite.
- Address provided must not be farmland.
